Time-to-Power and Utility Information

Utility capacity, service availability, interconnection requirements, upgrade scope, transformer or switchgear requirements, permitting, equipment lead times and project schedules are subject to verification by the applicable utility, authorities having jurisdiction, engineers, contractors and equipment providers. Peak Ready Energy does not guarantee utility capacity, interconnection approval or project completion dates.

Calculators, ROI and IRR

All calculator outputs are preliminary estimates based on user-entered information and stated assumptions. Actual utility rates, load profiles, equipment performance, incentives, tax treatment, financing, project costs, savings, returns, interconnection requirements and timelines may differ. Results are not a guarantee of savings, financial performance, utility approval, equipment performance or project completion.

Tax and Incentive Information

Information about tax credits, depreciation, incentives, domestic-content rules, energy-community eligibility or similar programs is provided for general educational purposes only. The Peak Ready Power Readiness Report is a preliminary screening document intended to help identify issues, questions, opportunities and next steps. It is not a utility capacity reservation, utility service commitment, engineering design, stamped engineering document, construction document or guarantee of project feasibility. Green, Yellow, Red or Unknown readiness indicators, if used, are screening indicators based on defined criteria and available information only. They do not replace utility, engineering, permitting, contractor or equipment-provider verification.
