Effective: September 13, 2026
Peak Ready Energy respects the privacy of prospective customers, customers and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect, how we use it, when we may share it, and choices available to you.
Information We Collect
We may collect information that you provide directly, including your name, company or organization, work email address, phone number, project or property location, role, facility type, utility provider, project timing, project description and other information you choose to provide.
If you request a commercial-energy or time-to-power assessment, you may also choose to provide utility bills, electric-usage information, demand information, service-size information, interval or load data, facility information, equipment information and other project-related documents. Please provide only information that you are authorized to share.
We may also collect standard website and device information through cookies, analytics and similar technologies, such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring source and general interaction information. We do not intend to place confidential utility-account numbers, uploaded documents or confidential facility details into advertising or analytics parameters.
How We Use Information
We may use information to respond to inquiries and assessment requests; evaluate commercial-energy, resilience and time-to-power needs; communicate with you about requested services; prepare preliminary analyses, scenarios or recommendations; coordinate with qualified service providers when appropriate; operate, secure and improve the website and services; understand aggregate website performance and lead sources; comply with legal obligations; and protect our rights and systems.
Confidential Utility and Facility Information
Utility bills, usage information, service information, facility data and uploaded project documents may contain confidential commercial information. We intend to limit collection to information reasonably needed for the requested assessment and to limit access to people or service providers who need the information for the applicable business purpose.
Service Providers and Other Recipients
We may use service providers for website hosting, forms, email, analytics, document storage, CRM, data processing or related business functions. Service providers are expected to use information only as necessary to provide the applicable service and to apply reasonable safeguards.
Where appropriate and authorized by you, we may share project information with qualified contractors, engineers, equipment providers, consultants, utilities or other parties involved in evaluating or advancing a project. We do not sell utility bills or confidential facility information for unrelated advertising purposes.
Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand website use and improve performance. Non-essential analytics or advertising technologies should be subject to applicable consent controls. Sensitive or confidential utility and facility information should not be intentionally included in analytics event parameters, URLs or advertising audiences.
Data Retention
We retain contact and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, support active or potential projects, meet legitimate business needs or comply with applicable legal obligations. Uploaded utility bills and confidential facility documents should be deleted when they are no longer reasonably necessary for the assessment or continuing project support, unless another legitimate retention basis applies.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information appropriate to its nature and sensitivity. Access to confidential utility and facility information should be limited based on business need. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
